This procurement is 100% set-aside for SDVOSB. This document contains basic information and minimal requirement guidance for an Architecture/Engineering (A/E) project to renovate ten stairwells in the WPB parking garage. Eight are steel pan stairs and landing and two are cast concrete. A detailed description of the project requirements is located in the attached Scope of Work. LOCATION: West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida PROJECT SUMMARY: This document contains basic information and minimal requirement guidance for an Architecture/Engineering (A/E) project to renovate ten stairwells in the WPB parking garage. All references to "Bid" or "Bidder" shall be understood to mean "Offer" or "Offeror". 2. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. 3. SITE VISIT: An organized site visit has not been scheduled 4. STATEMENTS OF WORK/TASKS AND DRAWINGS: All applicable statements of work/tasks, drawings and other associated documents/attachments will be provided electronically along with this request for qualifications. No hard copies will be made available to proposing contractors The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
