Brownsville Area School District is seeking proposals for Cafeteria Modification for the High School Building. Bid security in the amount of ten percent of the bid must accompany each bid. Brownsville Area School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The District retains its right to reject any and all Bids for any reason and/or terminate the selection process at any time. A bid guarantee for 5% of the bid price. The bid guarantee must consist of a firm commitment such as a bid bond, certified check, or other negotiable instrument accompanying a bid as assurance that the bidder will, upon acceptance of the bid, execute contract documents required within the time specified. A performance bond for 100% of the contract price. A performance bond secures contractor's fulfillment of all requirements under the contract. A payment bond for 100% of the contract price. A payment bond assures payment of all persons supplying labor and material under the contract. Brownsville School District will constitute the acceptance by the bidder of a ten per cent (10%) liquidated damage clause for imperfect performance or failure to perform according to the specifications.
