Work includes removal of the rooftop centrifugal exhaust fan, curb removal and replacement, replace and secure exhaust fan, and roof membrane repair and patchwork. Building is located at 100 Merchant Street, Port Huron, Michigan. See the attached specifications. A certified check payable to the City of Port Huron, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids.
