Sanitary Forcemain Replacement Project Group 2 - Phase 1 (23TW-CTS-11CWD). This contract includes Work at three (3) Sewage Pumping Stations (SPS) in the City of Toronto, namely, Cumber SPS, Mimico SPS, and New Toronto SPS. There are following Works, in general, to be performed at these SPS: Cumber SPS: - Approximately 443 m of Twin 600 mm diameter Forcemains installation on Lawrence Avenue East from the SPS to the proposed Discharge Maintenance Hole including new Valve Chamber installation and replacement of the existing Valve Chamber, and - Processing, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation Work inside the Pumping Station. Mimico SPS: - Approximately 20 m of Twin 600 mm diameter Forcemains installation including replacement of the existing Valve Chamber, - New Valve Chamber installations on the existing 600 mm diameter Forcemains at Albert Avenue and Cavell Avenue intersection, and - Processing, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation Work inside the Pumping Station. New Toronto SPS: - Approximately 22 m of Twin 500 mm diameter Forcemains installation including replacement of existing valves, - New Valve Chamber installation on the existing 500 mm diameter Forcemain at Morrison Street and Eleventh Street, and - Processing, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation Work inside the Pumping Station. Additionally, this contract also includes in general: A pre-survey of all properties and CCTV inspection of existing sewers and maintenance holes prior to commencement of the Work, installation of new and/or removal of existing chambers, replacement of valves, abandonment and/or removal of the existing pipes, temporary bypassing of the SPS during the Work, testing and commissioning of the installed forcemains, and Permanent Restoration. The Substantial Performance of the Work shall be completed within 300 Working Days after Commencement Date.The Total Performance of the Work shall be completed within 320 Working Days after Commencement Date.
