The City reserves the right to include or exclude any part of the submittals in the final agreement with the selected Respondent. Per Oklahoma State law O.S. Title 57, 583-584: All Respondent employees shall be legal citizens of the U.S./or have work visas, and shall have valid Identification for background investigation, which includes U.S. Driver's license, Social Security card, birth certificate, passport, and / or INS card. No Respondent employees may have current criminal proceedings regarding sex offenses, acts of violence, fraud, embezzlement, burglary or outstanding warrant. 1. Selected vendor shall provide all necessary tools, materials, equipment, and labor to complete the work. This is to be a turnkey project with all aspects completed by the selected vendor unless otherwise noted. 2. Provide a design, layout, deliver, supply and install six new console work stations with all necessary connections and accessories. 3. There are currently 5 workstations in the SPCC. The successful Respondent will be required to dispose of 2 of the existing consoles, and temporarily relocate the remaining 3 existing consoles and equipment for use during construction and remove and dispose of them at the end of the project. 4. Complete all required demolition and general construction. 5. Obtain necessary building permits and inspections. The City will waive the fees for building permits since this is a City project.
