The project consists of removal and replacement of approximately 5,462 SF of shingle roof system with a new shingle roof system. Engineers opinion of probable cost for this project is $60,000. The general nature of the work is as follows: The project consists of removal and replacement of approximately 6,256 SF of existing EPDM roof system with a new EPDM roof system, and removal and replacement of approximately 5,462 SF of shingle roof system with a new shingle roof system. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date of the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security meeting requirements of the specifications and made payable to the Owner in an amount equal o five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. It is the intent of the Owner to award a contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder provided the bid has been submitted in accordance with the bidding requirements. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
