This project to build an integrated student services support center. The center will modernize, streamline and holistically support the student experience, while improving efficiency and service. The physical center will reduce student telephone inquiries; reduction in case load and increase productivity; improve overall retention and persistence; reduction of student related bad debt. The work will be done in accordance with the plans and project manual.
