This project will correct deficiencies associated with an aging sanitary sewer system largely made up of cast iron (CI) and vitrified clay pipe (VCP). The work involves thorough cleaning of the existing pipe segments prior to relining with a PVC liner. As part of the pipe lining process, some manholes will require repair or replacement. Bypass pumping will be required during the cleaning and installation process. Estimate of construction magnitude for this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. This project is being solicited as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside.
