You are invited to submit a proposal in response to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Marshall Space Flight Center's Minor Construction Contracts V (MCC-V) solicitation. The principal purpose of this requirement is to provide support performed in the construction category which may include, but is not limited to, maintenance, repair, painting, alteration, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating/air conditioning, civil, earthwork, fencing, structural, steel fabrication and or welding, roofing, building renovations, building construction, demolition, and United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) projects. NASA will conduct this acquisition as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the small business size standard is $45M. This competitive acquisition will result in a Multiple-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm-fixed-price task orders. The contract will have an effective ordering period of five years from the contract effective date The anticipated contract award date is March 13, 2024, with a March 26, 2024 contract effective date. The contract will be performed onsite at NASA (MSFC). Offerors are encouraged to refer to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.215-1, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMPETITIVE ACQUISITION, in particular paragraph (f)(4) which discusses the Government's right to award a contract without discussions.
