The purpose of this work is to provide a hazard free base for Construction Operations to install new flooring on the 2nd floor hallways/common area. The current flooring is glued down carpet over glued down VCT. The 12" x 12" VCT mastic tested positive for asbestos and will need to be professionally removed by a certified company.
