Reference number : 1701427 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-24 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality plans to carry out work for the purpose of repairing two (2) manholes on Chemin du Village and Rue P rincipale on the Sewage and Wastewater Collection Network of the M unicipality ( RACEUM ) and the replacement of one (1) culvert on Chemin Gosford Sud and one (1) at the intersection of Route 161 and Principale Street. The work will be carried out on part of: Chemin du village and rue Principale for the repair of two (2) manholes RS-1 (See sheet 2007112-02 of 14) and RS-5 (See sheet 2007112-04 of 14) according to the As Built (TQC) plan ) from the consulting engineering firm Pluritec. Chemin Gosford-Sud for the replacement of one (1) culvert, the latter is located from the intersection of Chemin Gosford Sud and rue de la Pente Douce towards Saint-Joseph-de-Ham-Sud. This culvert is geolocated. From rue Principale for the replacement of one (1) culvert, the culvert is located at the intersection of Route 161 and rue Principale upstream from manhole RS-6 (See sheet 2007112-04 of 14) according to As-Built (TQC) plan from the consulting engineering firm Pluritec. The work is located in the municipality of Saints Martyrs Canadiens. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the locations determined by the municipal inspector. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
