ODOT is seeking one qualified contractor to perform runway and electrical rehabilitation at the Cape Blanco airport in Curry County. Deadline for requests for change, protests, and requests for approved equal brands (if applicable) - 7 calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Date Deadline for questions or requests for clarification - 5 calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Date Each Offer shall be accompanied by (submitted via upload in electronically, except as provided in Section D.4) a certified or cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, or Bid Bond payable to the State of Oregon in an amount equal to 10% of the total amount of the Offer. The selected Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the total amount (100%) of the awarded Contract Price, executed in favor of the State of Oregon, to ensure faithful performance of the Contract and payment for labor and materials. PROJECT START DATE (for onsite work): 10 calendar days after ODAV's issuance of Notice to Proceed SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: 90 calendar days after ODAV's issuance of Notice to Proceed FINAL COMPLETION: 21 calendar days after Substantial Completion. ODOT reserves the right to reject any Bid that is unreadable.
