Miller Avenue Complex Security Fence 3210, 3212, & 3500 Miller Avenue Fort Worth, Tx 76119 Tarrant County is seeking vendors to provide all supervision, labor, equipment and materials to install a new security fence for the Miller Avenue Complex. The contract includes concrete work, metal fencing installation, drive way card readers and electrical work. Award will be based upon overall low bid meeting specifications. Bidders must bid all items. Tarrant County reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole any bids submitted, and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of the County Question Deadline: 11/2/2023 12:00 PM (CT) The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents. Awarded vendors are to provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials needed for the new security fencing for the Miller Avenue Complex. Updates include new security fencing, repair/repainting of existing security fencing where indicated, card reader pedestals and security connections installed underground to the buildings. The new fencing is roughly 1280 linear feet but will need to be field verified with all existing utilities, landscaping, and signage currently installed along the property. Awarded vendors are to provide concrete work, metals, openings, finishes, specialties, electrical, communications, electronic safety and security. Awarded vendors are to field verify existing conditions as shown on the Contract Documents. Report any discrepancies to the Architect prior to execution of any construction affecting these areas. No changes shall be made without notifying the Architect in advance. Any work undertaken prior to notification will be at the Contractor's sole expense and responsibility
