Airport Terminal Modernization Terminal and Concourse Seating Replacement All inquiries pertaining to this RFP shall reference RFP number as shown above. Offerors requiring additional information may e-mail or fax their questions so that they will be received at least five (5) working days prior to proposal opening to: Email angela.mcnicoll@shreveportla.gov or fax Angela McNicoll at 318-673-5408. 1.1 Provide, deliver, and install furniture for Airport hold rooms, terminal, and other space described as well as powered workstations. 1.2 Proposals should include design, purchase, delivery and installation of commercial use, scuff/scratch resistant high-grade furniture and all associate materials including but not limited to seating, tables, and furniture/USB outlets. 1.3 Proposals must include all components of the terminal seating items and a description of the seating proposed and provide any relevant product literature including assembly, maintenance, and power requirements. Each Respondent must provide warranty and guarantee information for furniture proposed. 1.4 There are four different categories of furniture the airport is seeking: 1.4.1 Hold room seating 1.4.2 Wooden bench seating for terminal/baggage claim area 1.4.3 Powered workstation tables 1.4.4 Pre-security and post-security common areas 1.5 Depending on proposals, a single vendor may not receive the award for each category.
