Reference number : 1695046 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-09 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Gaspé, as project owner, as part of its project to replace two booster stations, is requesting tenders for, without necessarily limiting, the execution of the works and structures briefly described below. : Demolition of the two booster buildings, concrete slabs and dismantling of existing equipment; Relocation of a generator as well as the supply and installation of a generator; Excavation and road work; Installation of aqueduct pipes and connections to existing networks; Construction of two buildings, including related building mechanical and electrical work; Process mechanical, electrical and process control work, including the supply and installation of booster pumps and their related equipment; Installation of concrete slabs; Various development works. The documents required for submission are available from February 22, 2023 on the Electronic Tendering System website. The deadline for filing a complaint about the public body adjudication or award process is March 8, 2023. Tenders must be accompanied by a certified check made out to the order of the City or a tender bond totaling 10% of the amount of the tender valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders. To be considered admissible, any tender must comply with the tender documents, be made on the forms provided with the estimate and be accompanied by the requested documents. The City is in no way liable for the fact that any notices or documents conveyed by electronic system contain any errors or omissions whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The City of Gaspé reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, without incurring any obligation, lawsuit or claim for costs or losses suffered by tenderers as a result of such decisions.
