Construction of 37th Street Court West from Bridgeport Way West to Drexler Drive West The work to be performed under this contract includes furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools and guarantees thereof to: Construct a new road consisting of curbs, gutters, sidewalks, storm drainage improvements, paving, and street lights on 37th Street Court West from Bridgeport Way West to Drexler Drive West All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit by certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the Specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of University Place. No bidder may withdraw his proposal after the hours set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days.
