The Work to be performed for the 2023 08 WWTP Main Control Building Renovations Project consists of the following: Provide materials and labor to renovate the City's WWTP Main Control Building offices, laboratory, locker rooms, and other common spaces as defined in the plans and specifications., as more particularly specified in the Contract Documents. Project Location: 144 Shimersville Rd, Bethlehem PA 18015 1. Demolition of miscellaneous walls, fixtures, equipment, and piping as indicated in the Contract Drawings and Specifications. 2. Electrical, mechanical and plumbing demolition. 3. Phased construction of new facilities. 4. Temporary facilities to maintain owner's operations during construction. 5. Renovation and construction of new locker room and laundry facilities. 6. Renovation and construction of new administration spaces. 7. Renovation and construction of new laboratory facilities. 8. Asbestos remediation. 9. Associated electrical, mechanical and plumbing Work. 10. Computer network wiring. 11. Structural repairs to existing floors, including infill of new slabs. 12.
