Construct an approximately 120,450 square-foot new Parking Garage and associated site improvements ("Project"). The Project will be constructed on property owned by Kenton County located at 1840 Simon Kenton Way, Covington, KY 41011. Due to the reconstruction of a portion of the I-71/75 corridor to the west of the project site, parking and circulation currently serving the county government center will be impacted. To offset the impact of this work, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) is providing funding to assist the county in recovering lost parking and reconfiguring the site. Exhibit A is the conceptual design study developed by the Architect for the KCFC to define and validate the scope and potential cost of the Project. This document is provided for reference and to convey the general scope, scale and complexity of the project. It does not represent the final approved design. Submittals must be received by the specified time to be considered and must be valid for a minimum of sixty (60) days. For questions regarding this Project, please see the contact information below.
