For furnishing the Oregon Recreation Department with the following work: The proposed work consists of the labor and material for the construction of an approximately 4,074 SF concession stand. restroom building with shelter area (Base Bid) and an 1,814 SF press box storage building (Alternate Bid). Work includes general trades, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and miscellaneous work required to complete the project. Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 10% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the City or by certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the City of Oregon. Bid bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond properly executed can be submitted in lieu of a bid bond or check.
