**As of October 19, 2023 bids for this project came in over the budget and was not awarded. It will be re-bid and opens on November 2, 2023.** The original windows at the Memorial Building consists of single pane glass and wood frames/sashes and there are several different size windows. The contractor will be responsible for the following: 1. Contractor will be responsible for measuring all windows. 2. Replace any deteriorated materials of window sash and window frame. 3. Removal and disposal of old windows and replace with new double pane energy efficient windows in like design and colour to keep the historical look of the building as much as possible 4. Provide temporary closures/security for all windows if necessary. 5. Clean up job site (broom clean) and remove work related debris. Maury County will be responsible for the following: 1. Maury County will supply water source for cleaning. 2. Container (dumpster) for the disposal of discarded materials. 3. Access to site shall be coordinated with Ronnie Bates, Maintenance Supervisor.
