Purpose of the contract: The Successful Bidder will have to proceed with the repair of various local roadways for 2023. The work includes the excavation and the reloading of the shoulders, decohesion and leveling of existing pavements, laying of paving layers, repair of private entrances as well as all the work and arrangements necessary for the realization of the project. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. Tenderers must obtain the tender documents from the website. The fees are set according to the rates established by them. A bid guarantee of 10% of the submitted price including taxes must accompany the bid.
