Question Deadline: 3/10/2023 03:00 PM (ET) SCOPE OF WORK The Project includes the design, installation, and project management services for the designated priority locations (Attachment A) and is subject to a Contract Cost Limitation (CCL) of two-hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) which represents the total available budget to be paid to the successful proposer on the Project. Vendor must specify which locations, if not all, are included in their proposal from the priority installation locations indicated in Attachment A. The scope of work for the parks and public spaces security camera project includes all installation, planning, execution, implementation, configuration of Symphia VMS, and training. The selected vendor will be responsible for the new security camera layout and coverage. Vendor will be required to recommend type of security cameras (includes licensing), brackets, mounts, power connectivity, network infrastructure (wireless, Cat5 or Cat6, cable runs) and any other applicable hardware associated with this project. The selected vendor must ensure it has adequate resources for designing, building, testing, and implementing the security camera equipment and is staffed for the training of designated City personnel as well. Security Cameras a. All cameras and hardware must be NDAA compliant. b. All cameras must be supported by Symphia VMS. c. Outdoor; IP66-rated, minimum 3MP resolution with HDTV 1080P Night and Day; WDR technology, built-in IR, IP network camera, power over ethernet preferred, maintain image quality over varying day/night lighting conditions, zoom and autofocus.d. Preferably one (1) camera per intersection location that has multidirectional heads with IR for 360 coverage to extend visual coverage of intersections without the need for additional cameras. e. Camera brackets, mounts, cabinets, and housing must be included f. Intellicene Inc. Licenses - 1 per camera g. Cameras may be connected via 4g/LTE (cellular) network, a series of point-to-points, or other viable option proposed by the vendor.
