For Maintenance Department Equipment, Services and Supplies Catalog Bid Question Cuttoff Date & Time 3/1/2023 01:00:00 PM (ET) In case of emailed bid or any correspondence concerning the bid, the district will not be held responsible for missent, lost or late emails. Any bid not submitted by the deadline for submitting the bid, will be considered not timely filed and therefor, will be disqualified. It is anticipated that the term of the contract shall be for twelve (12) months beginning March 1,2023 through February 29, 2024. All prices bid shall be guaranteed not to increase during the term of contract. If however, there is a general price decrease during the term of contract; such decreases must be extended to the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District. Payment will be net thirty (30)days after acceptance of delivery. Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School district schools will place orders from the approved vendors(s), according to the shelf price / catalog price less the applicable discount allowed or cost plus percentage on an "AS NEEDED BASIS". Zero percent (0%) discount from firms will be considered if submitted. Failure to bid will disqualify a vendor from providing products, or services for the term of the contract. This bid will be received in electronic form for the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District for: Maintenance Department, Equipment, Services and Supplies Catalog Bid # 22-23-049 in accordance with the attached specifications, terms and conditions. Questions regarding this bid may be asked electronically. It is not the policy of Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District to purchase on the basis of low price alone, quality and suitability also are controlling factors. Bidder will submit a catalog, if applicable, of all items offered. Prices will be net of all discounts.
