Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, shall be paid all workers employed on this project. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive technicalities, to select any contractor filing a proposal, and to reject any or all bids. All questions shall be directed, in writing via Vendor Registry, to the District's Project Manager or named representative in the RFB. All questions shall be submitted prior to 11:00 AM Wednesday February 22, 2023. Questions submitted after that time will not receive a response. 1. Contractor must commence work Friday July 7th, 2023 and be fully complete, free and demobilized from the site, no later than Thursday July 27, 2023. There shall be no extensions of time nor any additional compensation for additional labor cost. 2. The successful Bidder will be afforded reasonable access and time to survey and measure the existing conditions prior to the commencement of work for the procurement of material quantities by appointment only. Due to the special nature and function of this facility additional site visits must occur after 3:30 PM. 3. By filing the RFB, the bidder has included all premium and overtime required to complete the work on or before the July 28th deadline.
