The work of this contract, in accordance with these contract documents, consists of performing all work, supplying all labor and furnishing all materials necessary, and providing all services required to complete the obligations under this contract for Christopher A Parr Library Landscape and Irrigation Renovations. B. The main features of the work to be completed include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Demolition of selected existing site items. 2. Removal of selected existing trees. 3. Pruning of selected existing trees. 4. Fine grading. 5. Sodding turf area. 6. Aggregate rock installation. 7. Subsurface building roof drains. 8. Decomposed granite paving. 9. Complete new automatic irrigation system. 10. Landscape planting. 11. Miscellaneous site improvements. The City of Plano is soliciting replacement of existing landscape and irrigation system to limit and reduce maintenance and cost.
