As of August 18, 2023, a design team was selected from the short list of firms. A construction timeline has not been established yet. *The previous closed solicitation is listed below for reference. The delivery method for this Project will be construction manager at-risk (CM/GC), and, at a minimum, will employ the services of a Design Professional and a Commissioning Agent, in addition to the services of a CM/GC. The preliminary stated (construction) cost limitation (SCL) for the Project is estimated to be $44,100,000.00. The final SCL may differ due to actual program requirements, funding, and other circumstances. Deadline for submission of written questions and requests for clarification (See 4.
