Question Deadline 08/27/2024 at 8:00 PM PT This project involves construction of a concrete and asphalt trail on Via Inspirada between Via da Vinci and Volunteer Boulevard and bicycle lane improvements including installation of rectangular rapid flashing beacons at various locations in the City of Henderson, Nevada. Also included is construction of a pedestrian bridge across an existing concrete drainage channel at Dos Escuelas Park. The provisions pertaining to wages and conditions of employment shall apply to all work performed (on the Contract) by the CONTRACTOR with his own organization and with the assistance of workmen under his immediate superintendence, and to all work performed on the Contract by subcontractors. The CITY reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid received, to reject any or all Bids, and to re-bid, The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, or to advertise for new proposals, if in the judgment of the CITY, the best interest of the CITY will be promoted thereby A certified or cashier's check or bid bond accompanying the bid in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price payable to the CITY as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement, and provide the necessary bonds, insurance certificates and other required documentation.
