Reference Number: 1691351 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-24 OMH de Montréal is inviting tenders for the Rehabilitation of the Envelope, Balconies Structure and Exterior Design at Habitations Saint-Etienne. The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders to repair the envelope, balcony structure and exterior landscaping at the Habitations Saint-Étienne, located at 5888, 5892, 5896, 5900, 5904, 5908, 5912, 5920, 5924, 5928, 5932, 5936, 5940 and 5944 Christophe-Colomb Avenue in the Rosemont-La-Petite-Patrie borough of Montreal. The project consists of carrying out all the work in accordance with the contractual documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: - demolition of doors and windows including frames, bricks (partially), balcony railings, chain link fencing, concrete floor slab including five (5) universal access ramps, 2nd floor balcony structure, patio slab and 30 free lintels; - removal for reinstallation of stone blocks from the pilasters supporting the balconies of the 2nd floor; - the concrete slab for front terrace and front and rear sidewalks of the building; - peat grassing; - chain link fencing; - new doors, windows and hardware for the entire building; - masonry repair, including partial repointing and partial replacement of bricks; - cleaning of all masonry walls; - painting existing flashings; - replacement of front balcony railings; - sanding and repainting railings on balconies and rear stairs; - 30 new free lintels; - repair of interior gypsum and paint following the replacement of doors and windows. The work will be carried out in a three (3) storey building comprising the ground floor and comprising 30 units. During the work, three (3) units will be vacant and 27 will be occupied.
