Each bid package has been filed in the office of the Purchasing Agent at the above address and may be inspected by prospective bidders during business hours, Monday through Friday. The approximate significant work items include: Granite Block Curb,100 LF; Concrete Vertical Curb, 100 LF; Concrete Sidewalk, 4" Thick, 300 SY; Concrete Sidewalk or Driveway, 6" Thick,100 SY; Detectable Warning Surface, 10 SY; Hot Mix Asphalt Sidewalk Overlay, 1.5" Thick, 200 SY; Hot Mix Asphalt Sidewalk or Driveway, 3" Thick, 200 SY; Reset Brick Pavers; 30 SY; Repair Inlet, 10 Units;Grade, Topsoil, Seed, Fertilize, And Mulch, 200 SY; Clean Up: Asphalt, 2 Loads, Clean Up: Concrete, 2 Loads; Clean Up: Unclassified, 2 Loads. All bid addenda will be issued on the Bernards Township website. All respondents should check the township website from date of advertisement through bid opening date. It is the sole responsibility of the respondents to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this project. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.
