This is an MCN Build AWARDED project. Please reach out to the CM for inquiries on any trades you may be interested in. Scope: Construction of a new 25,000 SF, 2-story gym/utility building. This is one building out of eight that comprise the overall project. There will be a need for importing labor and products not typically used on the island. Additionally, the size and scope of this project will likely require multiple contractors performing a given trade. Likely to procure some materials directly, ahead of their need on site, to avoid potential logistical delays.
