Construct 200 South multi-modal roadway improvements from 270 West to 570 West Road (approximately 0.42 miles). Demolition work includes; demolition of existing asphalt pavement, concrete, utilities, and street signs, etc. New Construction work includes construction/installation of; asphalt pavement, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, traffic signage, roadway striping, chain link fencing, storm drain pipe (12” RCP, 24”), storm drain manholes, culinary water pipe (6” PVC, 8” PVC), new fire hydrants, secondary water pipe (1” Service, 1½” Service, 2” Service, 4” PVC, 6” PVC, 8” PVC, 12” PVC) and meters, adjust sanitary sewer manholes, fiber optic utility equipment, and all appurtenances. The Work features a railroad crossing which will require flagging and coordination. Question Submission Close Date 8/11/2023 2:00 PM MDT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents are to be submitted on SciQuest. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda and posted on SciQuest. Questions received less than five working days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Unless otherwise provided in the Supplementary Conditions, CONTRACTOR shall obtain and pay for all permits, licenses and Inspections Payroll costs shall include salaries and wages plus the cost of fringe benefits, which shall include social security contributions, unemployment, excise and payroll taxes, workers' compensation, health and retirement benefits, bonuses, sick leave, vacation and holiday pay applicable thereto.
