As of March 8 the project was awarded to GENEVA ROCK PRODUCTS INC for $816,219.70. County: Davis This Project Requires Using the Electronic Certified Payroll Program. See Attachment to Notice to Contractors. This is a P+t (Price + Time) Project. The Department Will Not Hold Retention on This Project. Per Utah State Code A 13-8-5 (1) Prime Contractors Cannot Hold Retention. Refer to Utah Code A 13-8-5 (1) for More Information. Wage Rates: Apply Engineer's Estimate: Greater than $1.5M but less than or equal $3M (Qualified Health Insurance Required) Project Location: SR-108; I-15 to SR-126 The principal items of work are as follows (for all items of work see attachment): Bonded Wearing Course - Type B Traffic Control Remove Precast Noise Wall The project is to be completed: to be determined by competitive bid Project information can also be reviewed at the main office in Salt Lake City, its Region offices, and its District offices in Price, Richfield, and Cedar City. Each bidder must submit an electronic bid bond from an approved surety company using UDOT's Electronic Bid System (EBS); or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Utah Department of Transportation, showing evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved.
