PATH - Rehabilitation of Hoboken Station. Estimate Range: $20M - $30M. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The work under this contract consists generally of replacement of station floor tiles, ADA tactile and rubbing board, stairs and railings for stairs, stair treads, risers and handrails for stairs, doors to flood resistant doors, station drainage pipe, LED light fixtures and associated conduits, cables and panels; repair of platform edge; repair and painting of damaged track wall, exposed concrete ceiling and related work at Hoboken Station mezzanine and platforms and vicinity thereof in Hoboken, New Jersey. This project may be Federally funded in whole or in part. Accordingly, all bidders and the successful Contractor will be required to comply with any and all required applicable federal provisions and requirements contained in this solicitation and resulting contract.
