New Mexico Department of Transportation District 4 Project Name Las Vegas Patrol Yard Wash Bays - Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Services Notice Text New Mexico Department of Transportation District 4 RFP No. 23-33 Las Vegas Patrol Yard Wash Bays Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Services The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) is seeking proposals for architectural/engineering (A/E) services from a firm who will aggressively pursue a schedule to plan, design, furnish plans, acquire permitting, and provide construction oversight for the construction of new wash bays at the Las Vegas Patrol Yard. Proposals shall be valid for one hundred twenty (120) days subject to all action by the New Mexico Department of Transportation. NMDOT reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in part or in whole. Proposals shall be submitted to the NMDOT Electronically. Proposals submitted by hard copy or facsimile will not accepted. Electronic proposals must be submitted through Bid Express, which may be accessed at the website. Offerors must register prior to the submission deadline and create an account and a digital id with Bid Express in order to submit proposals electronically. Proponents of this work shall be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246 as amended. This is a QUALIFICATIONS-BASED PROCUREMENT and any proposal submitted with pricing for architecture/engineering services will be deemed non-responsive.
