The City of Burbank Water and Power Department is Soliciting Proposals From Qualified Firms to Provide Design & Construction Services for Solar at Hollywood Burbank Airport, Regional Intermodal Transportation Center (RITC). This RFP Has an Option to Provide a Paired Energy Storage System. Submitted Proposals May Be Rejected if They Do Not Conform to RFP Requirements or Are Incomplete or Inapplicable. However, the City Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities. The City Also Reserves the Right to Reject All Proposals and Shall Not Be Liable for Any Expenses or Costs Incurred by Consultants in Preparing Their Proposals. Note: Email, Hand Delivered, or Facsmile Submittals Will Not Be Accepted. 120 Consecutive Calendar Days Liquidated Damages Yes. $5,000 per day / $10,000 per day after 1st 30 days of delay Estimated Bid Value $6,200,000 Project Duration Substantial Completion of work to be performed by June 18, 2025 for solar only, and September 17, 2025 for Solar + Storage. Question Deadline 08/31/2023 4:00 PM The selected Proposer shall submit "Faithful Performance" and "Payment" corporate surety bonds on forms furnished by the City or approved by the City Attorney, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Summary Price Proposal Shortlist Confirmed
