Parking Lot Repair at MT Carmel Office and Milton Tower - The Housing Authority of Northumberland County will receive sealed bids from bona-fide bidders for single Prime Contract for General Construction for Parking Lot Repair at the Mount Carmel Office and Milton Tower, Milton, Pennsylvania. Work will be subject to prevailing wage Bids are expected to be awarded at the regularly scheduled Northumberland County Housing Authority meeting, slated to be held at the end of February. Each Prime Contract Bidder may secure copies of the Bid Documents from the Architect, Strosser Baer Architects, by calling 570-286-2526. Prime bidders must submit documentary evidence of minority and women business enterprises who have been contacted and to whom commitments have been made. Documentation of employment opportunities as well as contract solicitations and commitments shall be submitted concurrently with the bid. Bidders must also submit documentary evidence of Section 3 business concerns who have been contacted and to whom commitments have been made.
