Each filed sub-bid on this Contract must be accompanied by a copy of a Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance showing that the bidder has the classification for the following sub-trades: Electrical; Plumbing. Sub-bidders shall be DCAMM-certified in said category and capacity rating to perform the work required. Each filed subbid must also be accompanied by a Contractor Qualification Statement Update. Any bid submitted without the appropriate Certificate of Eligibility and Contractor Qualification Statement Update shall be invalid. The minimum wages to be paid for all labor on the project are established in a schedule issued by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development, in accordance with Section 26A - 27D, of Chapter 149 of the M.G.L., as amended, said schedule being made a part of the Contract Documents and is included therein. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids if it is deemed in the public interest to do so.
