The Town of Norwood, MA, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from HVAC Contractors for the HVAC Replacement at Norwood Public Safety Building at 137 Nahatan St, Norwood Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Consulting Engineering Services, LLC. The Project generally consists of replacement of HVAC Rooftop units and controls throughout the building. The work is estimated to cost $3,300,000. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 inclusive.The minimum wages to be paid for all labor on the project are established in a schedule issued by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development, in accordance with Section 26A - 27D, of Chapter 149 of the M.G.L., as amended, said schedule being made a part of the Contract Documents and is included therein. Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available after 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 08, 2023, at the Town of Norwood Purchasing Department. As an alternative to obtaining hard copy sets of bid documents, bidders may register and download documents electronically at: https://bids.norwoodma.gov.
