Duane Hansen duane.hansen@minneapolismn.gov : The city of Minneapolis is requesting a bid to demo the broken windowpane and install one (1) new Viracon window on the NE corner of the 9 th floor in the Public Service Building which is located at address in Work Location above Scope of work outlined below: a) Safely demo the glass that remains in the window frame on the 9 th floor of the Public Service Building and dispose of properly off site. b) Deliver and install (1) new window on the 9 th floor, NE corner of the floor, of this facility at 505 4 th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55415 in a safe and professional manner. c) Provide new seals, glazing gaskets, appropriate DowSil 795 caulk, setting blocks, weather seals etc. which are disturbed around the complete perimeter of the old window during demo and removal any and/or required item that is needed in order to install the new window per the Baker Field Glaze Procedures (see attached exhibits) d) All the work is to be done in compliance with the supplied Baker Field Reglaze document and the representative installation drawings and details provided below with request for a bid. e) All notes, legends, section details, elevations and relevant information within these drawings provided in this e-mail requesting this quote shall apply to this work scope. f) Viracon Glass Unitsize is 44 1/8 in width 146 in height. g) Viracon Glass Unit Construction (1) GL-1A (outlined Glass Schedule Outline in D-1000A) (a) IGU-1A (b) 1/4 " CLEAR VEI-2M #2 (c) 1/2 " BLACK VTS WARM EDGE SPACER ARGON FILL (d) 1/4 " CLEAR
