The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit sealed Proposals to establish term contracts with multiple contractors through competitive negotiation to obtain professional Architectural and/or Engineering (AE) Services from qualified sources for Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA). As of September 25, 2024, the project has been awarded. Period of Contract: The term or period of the contract shall be two (2) years with three (3) one-year renewal options. In compliance with this Request for Qualifications and to all the conditions imposed therein and hereby incorporated by reference, the undersigned offers and agrees to furnish the goods/services in accordance with the attached signed proposal or as mutually agreed upon by subsequent negotiations. The undersigned further certifies that he/she is authorized to sign this document on behalf of the submitting firm. The contractor will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other basis prohibited by state law relating to discrimination in employment, except where there is a bona fide occupational qualification reasonably necessary to the normal operation of the contractor The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
