For Modular Classroom The Mukwonago Area School District is requesting proposals from your company to submit pricing to provide our district with a fully installed classroom/office modular building this coming summer. Please advise if your company plans to supply a proposal or if you are not able to supply a proposal in this time frame. I want this process to keep moving so we can acquire a builder and building to have this completed for the 2023-24 school year. Any questions need to be submitted in writing to Andy Wegner at wegnean@masd.k12.wi.us. I will respond with a written addendum. There is no walk through for this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids or any bid or to waive and irregularities in any bid, or to accept any bid which will best serve the interest of the Owner. All Contractors shall include the cost to provide a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond in their Bid Proposals. Each bidder shall visit the site to become acquainted with the following: adjacent areas, means of approach to the site, conditions of actual job site, and facilities for delivering, storing, placing, and handling of materials and equipment. Bidders shall compare Specifications and Drawings with existing conditions and inform themselves of all conditions affecting execution of work, including other work, if any, being performed. Attention is particularly directed to the General Conditions for requirements which deal with laws, permits, licenses, and regulations. Subcontractors and/or Vendors shall conform to all applicable federal and state laws, municipal ordinances, rules and regulations or all authorities having jurisdiction over construction, including all construction codes and safety codes which may apply to the following: 1. Performance of the work. 2. Protection of adjoining and adjacent property. 3. Maintenance of passageways, guard fences or other protective facilities. Mukwonago Area School District shall provide the general building permit (if one is required.) Each Subcontractor and/or Vendor shall obtain and pay for all other permits, licenses and approvals for the work and give all notices as required for each specific Contract Package. Work is to start on or after June 12, 2023, and complete by July 31, 2023. Weekly schedule updates will be provided and shall be adhered to by all contractors. A construction schedule will be updated on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis and is subject to change based on construction progress. All Subcontractors and Suppliers are required to complete all contract requirements and fully complete work in accordance with Mukwonago Area School District schedules. Furnish and Install (1) 24' x 60' Modular Classroom and Office Building at the Eagle Elementary Charter School in Eagle, Wisconsin per the Modular Supplier Scope of Work described.
