The existing fence posts, chain link fence, tennis net posts, center tie down anchors and concrete footers must be removed. Reclaiming the asphalt in place. Compact the new gravel base. Laser fine grade the gravel base on ASBA recommendations. Pave 3" of bituminous concrete asphalt in two lifts - 2" of 19mm base course mix and 1" of 9.5mm surface mix. Install a 10' black vinyl chain link fence on a black vinyl frame with four 4'x7' pedestrian gates. Install four sets of PVC net posts sleeves and center tie down anchors in concrete footers Install the new surface on the courts. Install four sets of white 2" tennis playing lines.
