DFD Contractor Certification page electronically In general the work consists of: repairs to storm sewer collection system including pipe cleaning of approximately 4,000 linear feet of storm sewer ranging in size from 8-inch to 30-inch; removal and replacement of 15 curb inlet structures; resetting of offset manhole frames; installation of 6 new storm manholes; removal and replacement of 1 storm manhole; relay of approximately 250 linear feet of 12-inch storm sewer; installation of approximately 40 feet of new 15-inch storm sewer; spot repair of 5 defects in existing storm sewer; cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) lining of approximately 300 feet of 15-inch storm sewer; and surface restoration including turf grass, concrete sidewalk,43 concrete curb and getter, and asphalt pavement Project Has been rebid The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsin's prevailing wage laws. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply.These changes take effect for projects advertised for bid after September 23, 2017. This change does not3 affect the Federal Davis Bacon Act requirements.
