Construction contract tender of the Rotary Park and Pool Redevelopment (Project) located in Oshawa, Ontario. The Project site is located at Rotary Park at 254 Centre Street, near the corner of Centre Street South and Gibb Street. The Project includes: - a new outdoor pool with total water surface area of approximately 492 m2 including 4 lanes of 25m length plus extended shallow areas with zero-edge beach entry and barrier free ramp entry into shallow end. The deep end of the lane swimming area is approximately 2.44 m. A water slide is adjacent the pool; - an associated building for lifeguard office, change room, washrooms, storage, and service rooms. The building is one storey with a roof deck on a portion of the building. The roof deck is accessed by adjacent grade. The building area, excluding the roof deck, is 540m2; - an outdoor splash pad with recirculating filtration system; - senior and junior playgrounds; - multi-use pathways and outdoor landscape furniture; - redeveloped parking lot at Centre Street S. for approximately 5 stalls; - redeveloped parking lot at Gibb Street for approximately 38 stalls; - associated landscape, paving, utilities, services, filtration systems, structures, retaining walls, enclosures, security equipment, fittings, fixtures, and other items.
