Construct storm drainage system including pipes, inlets, manholes, and water quality swale. Construct pedestrian-activated rectangular rapid-flashing beacon and street illumination. Install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic control and erosion control measures. Perform all removal of structures and obstructions, clearing and grubbing, and earthwork operations. Perform additional and Incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans. The Project cost range is 750,000 - 1,250,00. Bidders must sign all Bid Forms, and in doing so agree to comply with the statement in the Bid Form regarding compliance with the provisions of ORS 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 276a "Workers on Public Works to be Paid Not Less Than Prevailing Rate of Wage The County reserves the right to waive any irregularities or in-formalities. The County reserves the right to increase, decrease, or completely eliminate quantities as set forth in 00120.20, The County reserves the right to make necessary changes or corrections to the Bid Documents in accordance with 00120.30 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
