City of Bullhead City ("City"), is hereby issuing a Notice of Request for Proposals ("RFP") and conducting a competitive process with qualified vendors to provide influent screens, washer/compactors, and any ancillary equipment as needed for a complete screening system. The scope of this RFP is equipment supply only as specified in Appendix A, Technical Specification. Also see construction schedule requirements in Section 4.0, Proposal Contents. The City invites interested firms or individuals ("Respondents") to submit a written proposal relating to this solicitation. A screening committee will evaluate Respondent qualifications and ability to provide the required Services, conduct interviews, and as may be appropriate, make an invitation for a City site visit for further evaluation. The Respondent determined to be the best qualified to perform Services will then be invited to negotiate and enter into an agreement with the City. Questions concerning the details of RFP submission can be directed to Crystal Wilson, Administrative Analyst, at crwilson@bullheadcity.com. Technical questions concerning the specifications listed within the RFP can be that can be resolved by a brief answer or clarification, should be directed to Crystal Wilson, Administrative Analyst, at crwilson@bullheadcityaz.gov . The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, or to withhold the award for any reason it may determine, and to waive or not to waive any informalities in any submittal. All information regarding the content of the specific submittals will remain confidential until an agreement is finalized or all proposals are rejected.
