***As of January 19, 2023. Project has been awarded to MCK Services, Inc. for the amount of $4,177,881.10 The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of street resurfacing and associated concrete work. As of December 20, 2022, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. The Engineers estimated construction cost is: $3,631,000. The Project is located at various locations in the City of Livermore, CA. See sheet K-1 of the project plans for list of streets to be improved, and is described as follows: the Contract Documents describe the Work, which includes, but is not limited to the construction of Street Resurfacing and related minor concrete work in the City of Livermore. The project consists of preparatory street cleaning, tree trimming, root pruning, asphalt concrete pavement and base repairs, pavement grinding, removal of existing traffic striping and markers, replacement of damaged concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, construction of ADA-compliant access curb ramps, asphalt concrete overlays and pavement reconstruction, adjustment of existing utility covers to grade, the installation of new thermoplastic pavement striping and markings and raised pavement markers, and all appurtenant work. The trades needed for this project include, but are not limited to, the following: preparatory street cleaning, tree trimming, root pruning, asphalt concrete pavement and base repairs, pavement grinding, removal of existing traffic striping and markers, replacement of damaged concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, construction of ADA-compliant access curb ramps, asphalt concrete overlays and pavement reconstruction, adjustment of existing utility covers to grade, and additional as needed.
