The City of Hastings assumes no responsibility of any kind or nature for any costs incurred by any potential vendor in the preparation of a response to this RFP. Contractor shall be responsible for material testing of placed subbase, base, HMA courses, and concrete, at no cost to the City. Contractor will submit all test results within 5 days of observation to the Director of Public Services for inspections. 7. Contractor shall provide record ('as-built') drawings that are verified and signed by a licensed surveyor.
