Question Deadline 10/09/2023 at 1:00 PM PT The City reserves the right to cancel or modify, for any or no reason, in part or in its entirety, this RFQ including, but not limited to, selection schedule, submittal date, and submittal requirements, without prior notice. Notification of revisions to the RFQ will be made by addendum posted on the bid webpage. Applicable California State Contractors License Board (CSLB) contractor license number and type of licenses held. Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 9550 et seq, any successful bidder for cumulative work in excess of $25,000 shall furnish to the City at the time of execution of the contract a payment bond approved by the City in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The successful bidder for cumulative work in excess of $25,000 shall also furnish to the City at the time of execution of the contract a faithful performance bond approved by the City in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price The Vendor shall prepare three design alternatives and present the designs to the PRC. Upon design selection, the Vendor shall coordinate and be responsible for the demolition, removal and disposal of the existing playground facilities, and procurement and installation of the new play equipment. All elements required for the selection and installation of the new playground equipment shall be within the designated budget. Installation of the new playground completed must be completed by June 30, 2024.
