New effluent flow measurement flume. 10. Existing aerated sludge storage unit modifications. 11. New return activated sludge pump station. 12. Process piping, potable water piping, and drain piping. 13. New backup generator. 14. Site lighting. 15. Miscellaneous yard piping, instrumentation, and electrical.
